Achieve My New Year Resolutions, One Resolution, One Day At A Time For One Year.® Make every day New Year’s Day. Make every day count. Be a resolution revolutionary and make lifetime resolutions that are with you for good.

Two weeks into this New Year, I’m faithfully sticking with my resolution to exercise everyday for at least 30-minutes – and increase my work out to 60-minutes on the days that I have the time and inclination.  So far this year, I’ve exercised 12 of 15 days.  Normally I jot down my work outs on my calendar, and I do keep a journal, but have never kept a score card.  This year I’m going to try to do that so I have a more accurate way of measuring my progress.  So far, so good.  Next step: back to the gym this week and weeks to come, so I can better diversify my work outs.  Spring is just 64 days away, so I’ll soon be back outside gardening, swimmng, walking, and playing tennis – for my immediate future – mostly indoor workouts at home and the gym.  Until then . . .
